Dell E6410 cant switch back to Windows

I have installed Ubuntu 20.04 messed with it for a week decided that steam proton and lutris just didn't work for me. I figured out how to make a boot-able windows USB plugged it in powered on the computer mashed F12 clicked USB on legacy boot. Booted up to a blank screen terminal like screen but it doesn't look like grub and the USB is not blinking to indicate its reading the USB
