Whatever you have learned in the last year of the pandemic, the most important lesson is that it's not Doug Ford's fault. Oh, you might think it is, if only because he is the head of a government that loosened restrictions while being warned about a third wave that subsequently occurred. But the premier of Ontario has a clear message: it was the foreigners, and the feds, and there was clearly nothing more Doug Ford could have done.
