windows menu bar issue ... ! how to get it back ? Endea linux Plasma

Few weeks ago, and update of system causes my menu bar to be "hiddened" !
Another thing that pissed me off with update of Endea plasma linux.
Anybody know how to get back the traditional menu bar ?
The attached both photos shows that my traditional menu bar was being "hidden" , which is inconvinience to me. How to change it back ?

Piss off with the updates ... they keeps messing with me settings...
