Install Processing 3.5.3 on AntiX Linux

Hello to all the community, I am new to Debian and they recommended AntiX Linux for a laptop that is several years old and it helped me to revive it, question that I downloaded a program called Processing 3.5.3 which is the version that I have to download for my version 32-bit, it came compressed in tgz and when decompressing I get several files such as Core, Install.sh, Java, lib, etc ... what should I do next please? Thanks in advance!
