LinuxFX/Windowsfx, a new Lindows?

I just discovered through a link another member posted what looks like (yet) another attempt to lure Windows users to Linux using the "LinuxFX/Windowsfx" distribution. From what I can tell it seems to be based on Ubuntu to at least some extent, and if you believe it's website, it boasts you can run Windows PE executables and MSI executables.

Personally I doubt it'll be "a game changer" anymore than any other such attempt has been. But maybe I'm wrong about that.
