Ontario court tosses out Charter challenge that argued province did not do enough to ensure equitable vaccine rollout

An Ontario court has ruled that while there is merit to a legal challenge that argues the provincial government didn't do enough to ensure it's vaccine rollout was equitable and non-discriminatory, it was out of the court's jurisdiction.
