LibreOffice Draw - Alignment, browsable pdf

Hello, i am not sure that this is the right place for my problem with libreoffice, but I will try however. :)

First problem: i edited my pdf file with LibreOffice Draw (vers. 7.0), but I can't select all the text to aligne it in justified.
How can I do it?

Second problem: can I make my word file in a browsable pdf with LibreOffice?
