Looking for opinion re NordVPN vs. Surfshark

Fed up with PIA - they've now made it difficult to contact even support by asking for ID that I don't have - have to ask them what they mean but can't without...the old Catch 22 crap
I'm done.

I've narrowed my choice to the 2 above - leaning towards Surfshark, and wondering about known reasons to NOT use one of these.

Any views on this?
