Bruce Arthur: A few simple steps the Ford government could take to win friends and speed COVID-19’s decline (and make golfers happy)

Really, we should be grateful for the little things. With the third wave slowly receding, and hospitals still backing away from the brink, Ontario seems likely to extend its backasswards, successful stay-at-home order two weeks to June 2. Maybe Ontario's government can avoid a fourth wave, despite itself. Despite itself, after all, is how this government arrives at most of its accomplishments.
