Private marinas open to 'level playing field' as Ontario allows public parks launches

A handful of private marinas around Ontario's Long Point Provincial Park have opened for recreational boating contrary to provincial COVID-19 emergency orders. The move comes as Ontario Parks allowing boat launches Friday.
