Recording in Audacity while streaming in Discord

I'm trying to record my mic audio while streaming it in Discord. When either app starts using the mic it becomes unavailable to the other. I assume that I need to use something like Jack to reroute the audio to a couple of virtual audio devices but I have no idea how to make those. Ubuntu 21.04
