Redeemer University alumni say dropping French and theatre programs is 'heartbreaking'

Alumni from a private Christian school in Ancaster say they're "heartbroken" to hear the university's senate decided to discontinue its French and theatre arts programs. But the school says both programs only had a combined four graduates.
