Can I create a digital voice and how to do it?

Hi everyone! I decided to start making videos on LBRY and Youtube (Unfortunately I have to also upload them there because of the population) but I don't want my real voice to sound to the video because I don't want people to know my true identity. So can anyone guide my about using software that can create a good digital voice for me? And also, is there any that can do it without recording, just having me taping text and then translating the text into voice?
