The San Fransisco Giants beat the Los Angeles Dodgers 8-5, overcoming a wild ninth inning where the Dodgers tied the game. Albert Pujols was robbed of a walk-off home run by outfielder Mike Tauchman. The Giants would come back and score three runs in the top of the tenth to win.
