The Upgraded perl-5.34.0-x86_64-1 , Breaks cpan & spamassissin .

Encode.c: loadable library and perl binaries are mismatched (got handshake key 0xed00080, needed 0xeb00080)Found this thru restarting spamassissin and it spewed the same message , So I was trying to go back & recompile all the modules needed by spamass... , but thats a no go now .
I was always of the thought that cpan was re-created and installed with perl .
So now I need to go find cpan sources
