[SOLVED] Can't add repositorys [error : 'Error reading ... Unauthorized']

Hello,
Iam trying to install the ppa:relan/exfat because i want to format a disk in exfat.
But im getting an error everytime i try adding a package. I have this error now for quite some time but never thought it was a big problem. But now i can't install any Repositorys.
