MAAS not downloading images

Hello guys,
Does anyone did encounter an issue on MAAS that is unable to download new images?
Ubuntu 16.04 is there by default, but when selecting newer images such as 20.04 and clicking update selection. It doesn't get downloaded even after waiting a few hours.
Any help is greatly appreciated?
