The Oakland Athletics beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-0 and swept their two-game set. A controversial call by the umpires cost the Diamondbacks the lead when Starling Marte caught a ball in the outfield and came away from the wall. The ball popped out of his glove, and it was ruled a dropped ball allowing two A's runs to score.
