ol7_lastest/x86_64/primary_db FAILED

Issued the following..: yum install kernel-uek-devel-$(uname -r)
and instead of a successful installation, I get..:
yum install kernel-uek-devel-$(uname -r)
http://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLin...ry.sqlite.bz2: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Trying other mirror.
it fails too.
Trying other mirror.
it also fails.
Any ideas to try would be helpful.
