Man and woman charged after Brantford police find 23 dogs, 3 cats not being cared for

Officers were called to the home on D'Aubigny on June 9 and say they found a dog in "distress" that needed immediate assistance. A search of the property uncovered 23 dogs and three cats, as well as a cat that had died, say police.
