kde connect daemon crashing

kdeconnectd now crashes for me whenever you try to use it.
I get a:
qrc:/kdeconnect/qml/PluginChecker.qml:20:47: QML Connections: Implicitly defined onFoo properties in Connections are deprecated. Use this syntax instead: function onFoo(<arguments>) { ... }
but I don't know if that is related.
I get a:
