/etc/rc.d/rc.dhcp , No such file or directory .

Hello All , Would some kind soul , please shed some light on Why that is so ?

Code:# /usr/sbin/dhcpd --version
isc-dhcpd-4.4.2-P1So it is installed .

I found a few examples of rc.dhcp* files doing a search of this archive .
the entries stretch from 2005 - 2012 . And -current doesn't have one either .
And from that it appears there NEVER has been a distributed rc.dhcp|d .
