Kernel prepatch 5.13-rc7

The 5.13-rc7 kernel prepatch is out fortesting. "So there's not a huge number of patches in here, and most of thepatches are pretty small too. A fair number of one-liners and'few-liners'.Which is just how I like it."

For reasons that have not been disclosed on the list, the codename for this release has been changed to "Opossums on Parade".
