OpenSource Software needed (Inventory)

Hi all,
I am newbie and have x86 64 Linux machine and dont want anything propriety or in a cloud, im looking for something local stored and controlled by me only.
Im looking for a Property Inventory (+pics capability) condition report for Landlords/Tenants type of thing yet i dont seem to be able to find anything, if anyone knows of any such thing then i would be most grateful if you would let me know. Thanks
