Arch,KDE - "wireless is deactivated" after sleep
by smegmaLord from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5KKYM)
I am having a problem with suspend on my arch kde setup.
I've just installed this setup and my problem was that after suspending computer only turned off screen but processor was on and keyboard was still lit. After manually hitting systemd-suspend, it worked fine but after logging in my networkmanager is saying "wireless is deactivated". And I cannot press button to turn it on. i tried installing nm-applet and then the button for suspending works, unfortunately only the same way systemd-suspend did - wireless is deactivated.
I cannot even turn the wifi on - systemctl restart NetworkManager / wpa_supplicant doesnt work.
Only reboot makes it running again.
Ethernet works fine though after suspend.
I've got intel wifi card, linux-firmware-git installed. Cannot see any problem in journalctl
