Microphone stopped working in Thinkpad T14/Manjaro

My microphone stopped being recognized in my various applications I use for conferencing a few days ago (it may be related to a kernel upgrade, but I can't tell for sure). In the Manjaro settings I can't see it at all and in pulse audio it appears as (unplugged) (unavailable)

I tried using arecord without any luck. I managed to record a file using what I believe to be the correct PCM (hw:0,1), bit it just plays back nothing.

Any idea what could be wrong? The microphone works fine in Windows.
