Volatus Aerospace Acquires ConnexiCore to Expand Drone Services Business into the US

Volatus Aerospace Corp. has agreed to acquire Pennsylvania-based drone service and solutions provider, ConnexiCore LLC. The transaction will close on July 30th, subject to due diligence.
