Facebook's valuation shot above the $1 trillion mark for the first time following the dismissals, and its shares rose about 4% on the week. "If the plaintiffs had prevailed in the antitrust lawsuits, Facebook might have been required to divest Instagram and WhatsApp," notes CNBC." Instead, he's using it to post a picture of himself flying an American flag on a $12,000 electronic surfboard.
