Council puts off decision that could turn 138-year-old farmhouse into an apartment building

City councillors will wait a couple months to decide on a proposal aiming to turn an 1883 Ancaster farmhouse into a four-storey apartment building. The ward's councillor is in support of the project despite opposition from neighbours.
