No plans for Ontario to move to Step 3 of reopening early due to Delta variant: Elliott

Despite Ontario's declining COVID-19 case numbers and death rates, the province does not currently plan to move into Step Three of its reopening plan early, primarily due to concerns over the Delta variant, Health Minister Christine Elliott said.
