Kurt Warner offered a glimpse at his upcoming film, "American Underdog," before it hits theaters later in 2021.
The biopic stars Zachary Levi as the Hall of Fame quarterback and is based in part on Warner's memoir, "All Things Possible: My Story of Faith, Football, and the First Miracle Season."

Warner told People that Levi is the "perfect person" to play him.
"We represent the same things," Warner said. "When you think of someone playing you, you often think of the physical likeness they must have, but I believe Zac has both the physical and mental makeup to connect to my character."
The film, directed by brothers Jon and Andrew Erwin, also stars Anna Paquin as Warner's wife Brenda and Dennis Quaid as former St. Louis Rams head coach Dick Vermeil.
