Special weather statement: 30 to 50 mm of rain coming to Hamilton and nearby areas

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Burlington, Brant county, Hamilton, Haldimand and Norfolk counties, and Niagara as it expects between 30 and 50 mm of rain to drench the areas on Thursday.
