Ontario not considering incentives to reach unvaccinated people driving COVID-19 case numbers

With more than half of all adults in Ontario fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unvaccinated people are now driving the majority of new cases. While the province has a plan to reach people facing barriers to vaccination, incentives like the lotteries Alberta and Manitoba have introduced are not part of that plan.
