Update swaywm packages

I updated my swaywm packages and builds for slackware64-current. Swaywm is an i3 (minimal tiling desktop) clone for wayland developed by others at swaywm.org. You can get them at the link below.

I added libseat as it is a new hard dependency. My libseat package has no seatd demon included and should be pretty non-invasive. I have no idea if anyone is using these other than myself, but if you are please test.
