How do I make sure I don't lose my stored scans if my phone is lost or broken?
Make sure iCloud automatic backups are enabled. Now you can also easily back up to iCloud Drive directly within Icloud Customer Service Phone Number just tap the Settings button (Gear)> Backup & Restore. You can also transfer your scans to another device using that feature.

Turbo Scan asks me to pay again after I have made my in-app purchase.
You do not have to pay again. Just press Settings and select Restore Purchase.
Can I reinstall Turbo Scan to fix your problems?
Please note that you will lose stored scans if you delete the application. To perform a manual backup, tap Settings in Turbo Scan and then select Backup & Restore.
The application will not send emails.
Turbo Scan sends documents through the standard mail application. Sometimes documents get stuck in Mail's Outbox folder. Simply restarting your iPhone may be enough to fix the problem. You can also try restarting the phone by pressing the Power and Home buttons together for several seconds. If that doesn't help, you can try deleting and setting up the email account again in Settings app> Accounts this easy step helped many users before.
