vagrant up command output error

I am trying to run vagrant script in vscode .I am unable to get the virtual boxes to run the vms by using the vagrant up cammand. This is happening after I have rebooted my computer and trying to run my vagrant up command after destroying the vagrant boxes when I shut down my desktop last.
