Will a SARPi Project ARM Slackware for the Pi3 work on a Pi Zero?

I am seriously considering making use of Slackware on ARM for more serious work for the Raspberry Pi family.
What would be involved in making Slackware on ARM work on that device?
I'll be using the most recent of their designs for the Pi3 for starters.
