[SOLVED] What does orange square containing exclamation point in a desktop icon mean?

I made some changes to the .desktop file for an application and now the icon on the desktop contains an exclamation point ("!") in an orange square.

When I click on the icon, I get a pop-up that says:

Warning - Plasma This will start the program: program name If you do not trust this program, click Cancel

How can I eliminate this prompt?

Can someone point me to the documentation for such icon tags?

I'm using Leap 15.2 with KDE Plasma 5.
