Just saying "Hello" to all.

I started a Chia farm and needed a system for Chia plotting. I stumbled upon a second hand system with no OS for short money and have installed Linux.
I got the Chia plotting up and running, but during the initial synchronization (which ran overnight) the ethernet connection slowed to a crawl. The onscreen network indicator has a question mark on top of it.
The rest of the system is operational and none of the 3 other computers (2 Windows and 1 Mac) on the network are having any problems.
So I'm looking through all the possibilities and I decided I should probably become a part of the Linux community. I look forward to picking everyones' brains.
That's all for now.
