[SOLVED] Permissions Changed on /opt

I updated my Current install today and found that I couldn't open my browser (Vivaldi). Permission denied. After investigating, I found that the permissions for /opt had become rwx --- --- instead of rwx r-x r-x. Anybody else run into this? Thanks.
