CENTOS 7 - KVM Guest (Windows 2012 Server R2) will not accept it static IP

I experienced a glitch in my network about 5 weeks back that I resolved but I found that a server I had running my home domain lost its static IP. It was working since I built it, and it runs my Local VOIP DHCP (I get my main DHCP from the XFINITY router at this time - looking to move it) and local DNS. Since that network issue (I added a Meraki MX64 FW to the mix and it screwed up my core switch. Removed the FW and everything was restored except the IP address for this server).

Now I get the funky Microsoft number IP of 167.X.X.X. I have tried switching to DHCP and still get nothing. It is like the virtual NIC or Bridge is no longer there but my other two VMs (Windows 10 workstation and an Ubuntu 20.X Server) are working fine. So I am kind of at a loss. I am a newbie to KVM so I am not sure where to start my inquires.

Cheers,
