Why do GNU/Linux users not use BSD?

Hi.
I've been trying out FreeBSD in virt-man over a number of weeks - just out of curiosity. I may install it on a spare old laptop eventually. I'll always remain a Linux user but would like to know why Linux users don't use BSD distros (I'm sure a small few use both of course).
