vulnerability/CVE Scanner

Hi guys,
I had a great free service that did weekly automated vulnerability scans called scanmyserver.com created by its more expensive brother beyondsecurity.com. It was awesome with CVE fix recommendations. Unfortunately, its been decommissioned and redirects to the mother site beyondsecurity.com which is just not affordable to a small billing site.
I know there are very basic vulnerability/CVE Scanner websites out there that aren't automated. Where you just paste your domain and it scans it within a few seconds.
Can anyone recommend any affordable vulnerability/CVE scanning service that has automated scans and reports? I subbed at threatsign.com owned by Quttera for $10/mo but it doesn't do vulnerability scans. Its basically just scanning for malware and injections.
