[SOLVED] Thunderbird 91
by NakedRider from LinuxQuestions.org on (#5NBBB)
I know this is a Slackware forum but I've done some searching with no results that work and the visitors here are very knowledgeable.
I'm running Slackware64 -current. I've always just downloaded the new versions of Thunderbird from their website and unzipped it into /usr/local.
I just downloaded version 91 yesterday. I use Thunderbird to manage my gmail account since I don't like their interface.
Since the update when I try to forward an email the send button is greyed out. If I try to compose an e-mail the send button isn't greyed out but nothing happens when I push it. If I to to gmail itself I'm not having any problems.
The port is 465. It's using SMTP.
I don't know much about these things. I would love some feedback if possible.
Thanks in advance.
