Is there such an ability as Automatic Language Switching while using Speech Dispatcher with ESpeak on Ubuntu Mate 2004?

I have been proudly using Ubuntu Mate 2004 for a while now, and I believe it to be an excellent operating system. However, being blind, I use the Orca screen reader, in combination with Speech Dispatcher, to get around. In general, this is all working fine, but I have a question:
I read many multilingual documents, usually containing text in both English and German, as well as English and Spanish. As of right now, my screen reader can only appear to read one language at a time. While set to read English, it reads my English text just fine but can't read German or Spanish. And same goes for whatever setting I use. Orca, from what I've seen, both from Google Searches and on the settings themselves, has no option to switch voices when other language formatting is present. If I want to read my German part of the document, I have to head into the settings, select voices, and then select German in the language box, tab to the okay button and press it. Then I read my German, and then I have to do all that to get back to English. I have tried setting up a key binding to switch between the languages quicker, but there is no option for that within keybindings settings.
I have also heard of the read aloud extension for Libreoffice which I installed, and that works nicely. The only issue is that I can't read, say, one line of English then one line of German at the same time, I'd have to do them separately. It also seems that, according to my various searches through the Libreoffice shortcuts menu, there is no option to set a shortcut for reading out text, so I'd have to go to the add-ons menu every time, select the read aloud menu and then select read selection.
Any assistance to try and make my process of reading these texts easier would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
