Tires stolen from bicycle while owner inside Simcoe hospital

Talk about adding insult to injury.
Police say a thief stole the tires and rims off a bicycle parked near Norfolk General Hospital while the bike's owner was inside.
The alleged theft from outside the Simcoe hospital occurred just after 1 a.m. on Monday.
Norfolk County OPP acting Sgt. Ed Sanchuk said the investigative wheels are spinning and tips from the public are welcome. Tipsters can call police at 1-888-310- 1122 or anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or helpsolvecrime.com.
