Can't get KDE Neon to boot from usb

Windows will recognize its installation with Media Creation tool on usb device, but for some reason, i can't get KDE Neon to load on a SanDisk usb done with Rufus.
Have done this many times before for other distros, so i just can't figure it out.
Funny thing, Windows BIOS shows two Sandisk (one of them is UEFI which is my OS) but neither will load KDE Neon.
Think there's a way to add KDE Neon as a separate Sandisk entry in the BIOS, just don't know how.
