Hamilton Tiger-Cats practices will be open next week, but only to those getting a COVID vaccine at a special mobile clinic.

From Aug. 23 to 25, residents can walk-in to Tim Hortons Field to get their first or second dose. Those who do are invited to stay and watch practice, and will also get a voucher for two tickets to any 2021 Forge FC regular season home game, plus be entered into a draw to win tickets to Tiger-Cats home games and autographed Ticats and Forge jerseys.

The clinics will run from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, and from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday. Residents are asked to enter at Gate 2.

Anyone born in 2009 or earlier is eligible to get their shot. Second doses are available 28 days after the first shot.
