Configuration of APT Command Issue Debian 11

Just installed Debian V11. Everything went very well no issues.

After rebooting and making an attempt to run the APT command (after SU'ing to root) I'm getting the errors indicated below.

Any help resolving this issue will be appreciated.

Running an a VMware virtual machine under Windows 10 Pro.
