how to solve file size shows 0 byte problem

for some of my file it shoes 0 byte and the file name is available in that particular name but its empty file can i recover data of that file

-rw-rw-r-- 1 vrushalee vrushalee 0 8 12 15:27 v3.04.08a.f
-rw-rw-r-- 1 vrushalee vrushalee 0 8 12 15:27 v3.04.08ck.f
